Hello, I'm Marissa!
I'm a brand designer and strategist living in sunny Cleveland, Ohio. I share my home with three cats who have strong opinions about my design choices, a patient husband, and way too many craft supplies.
For years, I had a perfectly good corporate corporate career managing clients, running programs, building resources. But the whole time, I was the person who couldn't walk past a bad layout without fixing it. I'd stay late redesigning presentations just because they didn't feel right. Turns out, I'm a designer. I just took the scenic route to get here!
What I Do:
I design brand identities that feel intentional, thoughtful, and completely yours. Full brand systems—logos, color palettes, typography, iconography, social templates. The kind of cohesive identity that makes your business feel pulled together, even when you're running it from your kitchen table.
People have described my work as "strategic, intentional, and beautiful," and me as someone whose "warmth radiates to everyone fortunate enough to be around." I think what they're picking up on is that I genuinely care—about the work, about the people I'm creating for, and about making sure every project feels true to who my clients are.
When I'm not designing, I'm elbow-deep in some arts and crafts project (currently: embroidery). I love making things with my hands, rearranging furniture just to see if a room feels better, and genuinely believe designing a good brand system is one of the most fun puzzles you can solve.
